Great Decisions speakers are local individuals who are invited to be listed in MIC’s directory to speak or frame topics of their expertise.  Speakers are members of the Minnesota International Center or asked to join MIC.  Usually speakers present to an audience for 20-30 minutes to set the stage for discussion which they facilitate.  The goal is to frame the issue for discussion rather than to present an exhaustive presentation.  

An invitation to speak at a specific meeting is extended directly from the group leader, who provides information about the topic and logistical details, including the stipend.
