Sally has been with MIC since September 2006. Initially, she joined as the IVL program assistant.  Prior becoming a staff member at MIC, she served on the operations team and as faculty advisor for the Global Young Leaders Conference, a nonprofit based in Washington D.C., hosting conferences for international students. Sally is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BA in Global Studies. She is also currently is the Board of Directors, Vice Chair for the LEAD Group of Minnesota, a nonprofit developed to enhance the capacity of African leaders and the growing number of African-led nonprofits.

Hayley first worked with MIC as an intern in the fall of 2007 and became part of our staff in January 2008. She graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a degree in International Relations and Psychology.  She spent a semester abroad in Northern Ireland studying conflict resolution. While in Belfast, she worked in a nonprofit for at-risk youth creating a manual photography exhibition about Hidden Poverty. She has a passion for international human rights issues and hopes to work for the United Nations someday. Hayley is an active volunteer for the Minnesota Genocide Intervention Network and Amnesty International. She is proficient in Spanish and is an accomplished pianist.
